Deadline Nears for Children’s Developmental Disability Services

Children with developmental disabilities who receive Medicaid services are nearing a critical point and could temporarily lose community developmental disabilities services if they don’t enroll in the new Medicaid benefit system within the next few weeks. Families must complete the enrollment and a service planning process before July 1, 2013, to avoid service interruption.

Idaho’s Medical Home Collaborative Pilot Project Begins Accepting Applications

Thousands of Idahoans will benefit from coordinated health care delivery through a two-year primary care medical home pilot beginning this fall or early winter. The Governor-appointed Medical Home Collaborative, working in conjunction with the Idaho Medicaid’s Medical Home Project, has received support from area doctors, hospitals, community clinics and health insurers.
