The Idaho Child Support Services Online Account is a new, secure, and convenient way for you to retrieve payment history and manage personal information. Now you can create an online account to view your payment history in a much more secure environment, and you can update personal information that helps us keep your case information current.

Creating a New Child Support Online Account
Creating an account requires you to provide your social security number (SSN), create a Username and password, and provide an answer to a security question. This will ensure that you are a valid user (that you have a case in our system) and that your information is secure.
From the Child Support Services home page . . .
- On the left-hand menu, click “Create a New Account.” The Create a New Account page opens.
- On the Create a New Account launch page, click the “Click to Launch and Create Account” button, or “Create a New Account” to launch the secure site. The Create a New Account – Step 1 page opens.
- On the Create a New Account – Step 1 page, enter as much information as possible, completing all required fields—marked with a red asterisk (*)— then click the REGISTER button. The Verify Registration – Step 2 page opens.
- On the Verify Registration – Step 2 page, double-check the information you entered and do one of the following:
- To complete the registration, click the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button. The Registration Complete – Step 3 page opens. From here, you can print the page and proceed to login to your new account.
- To edit the information you entered, click the GO BACK button. The previous screen will open so that you can edit the information.
- To cancel the Create a New Account process, click the CANCEL button. This cancels the process and removes all information you entered.
Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an email confirmation with your login and password information. Keep this confirmation email in a safe place.
Logging In to My Child Support Online Account
Logging into an account requires that you have an existing account, or have already setup a new account.
From the Child Support Services home page . . .
- On the left-hand menu, click “Login.” The Logging into the Secure Child Support Website page opens.
- On the Logging into the Secure Child Support Website page, click on the “Click to Launch and Login” button or the “Login” link. The login box opens.
- When the login box opens, enter your username and password and press the LOGIN button.
If your login was successful, you will see the View Payments page. If the username and/or password is incorrect, you will get an error message.
Viewing Payment History
From the Child Support Services home page . . .
- In the left-hand menu, click “View Payment History.” The View Payment History page opens, prompting you to login to an existing account or create a new account. You must choose one of these options in order to view your payment history.
- Login to your account; or, create a new account and then log in once the account is setup. Once logged in, the View Payments page opens.
- On the View Payments page, choose from one of the following options:
- Select VIEW ALL CASES located under "Select Cases" to see all payments for all cases.
- Click a specific case number to view all payments for the specific case
- Hold the <Ctrl> key while clicking your mouse on specific case numbers to view all payments on multiple cases.
- Under “View Options,” select one of the radio button options: “View last five payments” or “View last 24 months payments.”
- Select the VIEW PAYMENTS button to view your payment history.
Changing My Address
From the View Payments page (after logging into your account) . . .
- Click “My Profile” located on both the top of the page and below the VIEW PAYMENTS button. The My Profile page opens with your account information.
- Choose from the following steps to edit address information:
- To add or update the mailing address, click “Edit Address,” located in the Mailing Address section immediately below the zip code.
- To add or update the residential address, click “Edit Address,” located in the Residential Address section immediately below the zip code.
- To add or update the temporary address, click “Edit Address,” located in the Temporary Address section immediately below the zip code.
The selected mailing, residential, or temporary address page displays, allowing the user to edit the information.
- Edit the address information with the updated information as needed.
- Click the UPDATE ADDRESS button to submit your changes. The My Profile page opens with the updated information and the following message: “Your mailing/residential/temporary address was updated successfully.”
- To cancel any changes, click the CANCEL button. The My Profile page opens with the original (unchanged) information.
Retrieving My Username
If you forgot your account username, the secure website makes it easy for you to retrieve it without contacting Child Support Services.
From the Login page (where prompted for username and password) . . .
- Click “Forget Username?” The Retrieve Username - Step 1 page opens.
- On the Retrieve Username - Step 1 page, enter your Social Security Number in the space provided, then click the NEXT button. The Retrieve Username - Step 2 page opens.
- On the Retrieve Username - Step 2 page, answer the security question with the answer you provided at the time you created your online account, then click the SUBMIT button. The Confirmation Email page opens, explaining that the username will be emailed to the email address provided when the account was created or last updated.
- Access your email to get your online account username.
Retrieving My Password
From the Login page (where the username and password are entered) . . .
- Click “Forget Password?” The Retrieve Password - Step 1 page opens.
- On the Retrieve Password - Step 1 page, enter your Username in the space provided, and click the NEXT button. The Retrieve Password - Step 2 page opens.
- On the Retrieve Password - Step 2 page, answer the security question with the answer provided at the time you created your online account and click the SUBMIT button.
The Confirmation Email page opens, explaining that your password will be emailed to the email address you provided when your account was created or last updated.
- Access your email to get the password.
Changing My Password
From the View Payments or My Profile page (after logging into your account) . . .
- Click “Change Password,” located on the top-right side of the page. The My Profile: Change Password page will open.
- On the My Profile: Change Password page, enter your old (current) password.
- Enter the new password two times - in the New Password field, and in the Confirm New Password field.
Passwords must be a minimum of eight, but no more than 20 characters. They can include a combination of numbers, letters (case-sensitive), and special characters.
- Click the UPDATE PASSWORD button.
You may also click the CANCEL button to cancel the password changing process.
The My Profile page will open with the message “Your password has been successfully updated," confirming the update. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Logging Out of My Child Support Online Account
Once you’re logged into an account, the “Logout” button will display at the top-right corner of the page. To log out of the account, simply click the LOGOUT button at the top of the page.
If you remain idle for more than a few minutes, the secure site will log you out automatically due to a session time-out.
