What is the Child Support Services Account?

The Idaho Child Support Services Online Account is a new, secure, and convenient way for you to retrieve payment history and manage personal information. Now you can create an online account to view your payment history in a much more secure environment, and you can update personal information that helps us keep your case information current.

Here you will find FAQs about your Child Support Online Account. You can find information about using your account (creating an account, changing passwords, etc.) on the Using Your Child Support Online Account page.

Why do I need to create an on-line account before I can view the payment history?
The Idaho Child Support Services website requires you to create an online account so we can provide to you a secure website that will protect your personal information. With this added security you will still be able to view the Last Five (5) Payments and the 24 Month Payment History but without the worry that the other parent involved in the case can access any of your information.

The secured website will also allow you to provide a new address and/or e-mail address online. You will no longer need to call, write to Child Support Services, or make a personal visit to our office to provide updated information. With the ability to provide an e-mail address, our caseworkers can now communicate with you by e-mail.
