We are excited to announce that idalink, Idaho’s new online self-service website, is here! idalink is a secure website that allows people who already receive assistance from the Department to view information about the benefits they receive.
Who can use idalink
People who are already eligible to receive Food Stamps, Medicaid, child care, or cash assistance benefits may use idalink.
Current idalink features
Complete re-evaluations for Food Stamp assistance (when an interview is not required). idalink will tell you when you can re-evaluate online.
View basic information about your benefit case, such as:
- The benefit services you are receiving
- The amount of food stamps you are receiving
- Re-evaluation reminders
Future idalink features (not yet available)
In the future, manage your benefits and case information online by:
- Updating contact information
- Completing re-evaluations for other programs
- Applying for benefits
