On August 1, 2010 the death certificate fee increased to $14.00.

The Health Statistics Unit within the Idaho Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics collects, analyzes and reports information from data systems such as Vital Statistics, the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Tracking System.

Vital Statistics Includes information on births, deaths, marriages, divorces, stillbirths, teen pregnancies and abortions. NEW! Dynamic Report	Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) An ongoing surveillance program developed by the CDC. It is designed to estimate the prevalence of risk factors for the major causes of morbidity and mortality among adults aged 18 and over. New!BRFSS Dynamic Reports
Pregnancy Risk Assessment Tracking System (PRATS) An annual survey of new mothers in Idaho regarding maternal experiences and health behaviors before, during and after pregnancy. PRATS provides prevalence estimates of risk factors associated with poor pregnancy outcomes and infant health.
