Pregnant WomanDid you know that in 2010 49.9% of Idaho‚Äôs population was women?  In Idaho we have developed a treatment provider network to help serve the specific needs of pregnant women and women with children who are facing substance abuse issues.  Some women in Idaho need help with:  alcohol use during pregnancy, substance use disorders, parenting problems, women veterans

The Department of Health and Welfare provides resources, services and information to women in Idaho who are suffering from substance abuse disorders.  Idaho is committed to improving services for pregnant women and women with children by making access to prevention and treatment easier by providing primary prevention services, specialized services for pregnant women and treatment programs.
