DUI Evaluators

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare licenses DUI Evaluators statewide to provide recommendations to the courts on persons who have been found guilty of driving while impared.

If you have been advised by an attorney or ordered by the Court to obtain a DUI Evaluation, check the regional directories of licensed DUI evaluators below. 

You are responsible for covering the costs for a DUI Evaulation.
